Moon Area School District Elementary Schools
The renovation of Moon Area School District Elementary Schools. The worked performed by Piccolomini Contractors Inc. at Allard Elementary involved excavation and grading work for two additions, all new parking lot and driveway preparation, storm water management installation, all new water, gas and sanitary sewer services to the building. The work at Brooks Elementary consisted of small parking and drive changes, grading and new sanitary and water services. All work was started in May and finished by September of 2015.
WHS Outpatient Center
The Washington Health Systems Outpatient Center is a ground up project located in California, PA. Piccolomini Contractors Inc. raised the existing lot roughly 5 feet to prepare for the building and parking lot. PCI also installed all underground sanitary, water, and gas utilities to the building as well as all Erosion and Sediment controls, storm water structures and piping, and a new storm water retention pond.
White Valley mine reclaim
Through the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Piccolomini Contractors Inc. completed the cleaup and environmental restoration of an existing coal and slate stockpile in the White valley park, Export, PA. The project involved lowering the 70 foot tall slate pile, establishing a more gradual slope, and soil covering the pile for vegetation and growth, the project also included the construction of an new access road to the park and grading and restoring of other features within the 13 acre site.
